To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we kindly request that full payment is made before we process your order. We make every effort to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that we are a small team and it may take us up to two days to get back to you. We understand how important your personal information and privacy are to you. That's why we take great care in protecting your payment and personal information using secure encryption. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us that your information is safe and secure. We never sell or distribute customer information, so you can rest assured that your personal details will remain private. Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining it by safeguarding your privacy.

Shipping & Delivery

We're delighted to offer our customers affordable flat rate shipping of $15 across Canada. Orders over $100 before HST are eligible for free standard shipping within Canada. We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS to ensure your order arrives in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that we select the carrier at our discretion.

To provide you with the freshest possible products, we ship once a week on Wednesdays. Any orders placed before 8pm on Monday evenings will be shipped out on Wednesday. If you miss the Monday cutoff, don't worry – your order will be shipped the following week.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information. While we can't be held responsible for shipping delays or damages incurred during transit, we're always here to help if you encounter any problems. Simply send us an email and we'll do our best to assist you.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information when placing your order, as any packages returned to us due to missing or incorrect address information are not eligible for return or refund. If this happens, we'll happily re-ship your order with the correct information at your expense.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll do our best to help you in any way we can. Please note that refunds will only be issued in select instances and if the product is returned to us. As taste is subjective, we're unable to issue refunds if you simply don't like the flavor of the product. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed, less shipping costs.
