Can I buy your products in person?

Depending where you live, yes! Take a look at our full list of retailers here, and follow us on social media for up to date information regarding our farmer's market and in-person trade show appearances. 

When will I receive my order?

Oatcakes are made fresh to order and will be ready for shipping or pickup within 3-5 business days. If your order is being shipped, there will be transit time on top of that. 

Will my oatcakes still be good to eat once they arrive?

Yes! Oatcakes have a 12 week shelf life at room temperature and we make them fresh to order. We have been shipping our oatcakes across North America for years without any issues!

How does shipping work?

We offer flat-rate shipping Canada-wide on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $100. We ship with Canada Post and UPS.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we currently offer local pickup in Saint John at The NB Box (240 Millidge Ave.) during their open store hours. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready. Please do not go to pickup your order until you receive the email.

What is the best way to store oatcakes?

However you want! Oatcakes have a long shelf life and will be fine on your counter or in your pantry until the best by date on the back of the pack, but they also freeze beautifully!

Are your products allergy friendly?

We try to be as accommodating for food sensitivity and allergies as is presently possible. If you have a gluten intolerance, we offer a selection of flavours that are gluten-free. While we do have flavours that do not contain nuts, we use nuts in many recipes and bake in a kitchen where nuts are aplenty. We are very transparent about our ingredients, and we include nutritional information with each product listing online.
