As requested many times, we have created a Gluten Free Flour version of our classic OatCake. using a combination of Quinoa Flour, Brown Rice Flour and Ground Flax Seed, in place of the standard unbleached all-purpose flour.
PLEASE NOTE: We CAN NOT guarantee 100% Gluten Free do to the kitchen and equipment is used in an environment that contains gluten products. we do our best to minimize any sort of cross-contamination by cleaning all surfaces and equipment before use.
